A Family-Owned Estate Winery in Mosier, Oregon
Since 2003 we’ve established a number of vineyard plots on the river in the Columbia Gorge AVA. We tend this ground with affection, imagination and humility. Our grapes are organically grown.
The wines are wild-fermented and un-posturing; our ambition is to reveal the originality of this dramatic growing region. We employ minimal “wine-making”, preferring to let the grape variety, place and vintage express what happened on our land. We avoid over-extraction, minimize the use of oak and strive for freshness and structure in the bottle – in traditional European style.
